The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.10.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120B, 255, 256, 258, 259 and 260 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that from the house of the father of the petitioner huge quantity of fake court stamps were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the house is in the name of the father and petitioner has been roped in the present case.
Considering the nature of accusation and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23545 of 2014 (03) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 fact that the petitioner is accused in two other cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
