The petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.- XIV, Saran at Chapra.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15272 of 2020 on 03.03.2020. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that in the instant case, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4928 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 merit. Hence, this is not a fit case for bail. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
