As prayed for, let the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 31.12.2020, within four weeks of starting of Court proceeding in physical mode in normal course. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that after filing of the present application, the petitioner No.4, namely, Rahul Kumar has been apprehended by the Police, whereas, Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 i.e. Suraj Kumar Yadav, Nitesh Kumar and Sonu Yadav, respectively, have surrendered
