JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 340/2016 instituted for the offence under sections 366, 364A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that co-accused Bikash Paswan kidnapped the informant and confined her in a room and gave pressure to marry with him. The informant refused, then he committed rape with her several times. This petitioner is mother of co-accused Bikash Paswan. There is no specific overt act against this petitioner Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
