2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 221/262/263/3(5) of the BNS and Section 45 Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused misbehaved with the police personnel on duty and obstructed them in discharge of their duty.

4. Considering the accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
