JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 The present petition is directed against the order dated 05.05.2015, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani in M.R. Case No. 251 of 2012, whereby the opposite party No. 2 has been directed to be paid interim maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month by 15th day of every month.

The petition is not maintainable because of the bar under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. Dismissed as being not maintainable.
