JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ---------- 02-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No.79 of 2016/G.R. No.1758 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing the informant for non fulfillment of the dowry demand by her husband and other in-laws and removing her from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13477 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, brother-in-law and grand father-in-law respectively of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case only to put undue pressure. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani, in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No.79 of 2016/G.R. No.1758 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
