2. By order dated 22.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3267 of 2019, the respondent no. 2, The District Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, was directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

3. On behalf of the State, a show cause has been filed by the opposite party nos. 2 and 4. It has further been submitted that by order dated 03.09.2021, a final order has already been passed in compliance of the order dated 22.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3267 of 2019, annexed as Annexure- 'D' to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2430 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 show cause filed on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 and 4.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
