The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that for a petty dispute the petitioner assaulted the informant, his wife and his son. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injuries of the informant, his wife and his son are simple in nature. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38276 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patori (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
