The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioners entered the house of informant, abused and disrobed her. The accused persons also demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- and threatened her of dire consequence.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. FIR has been lodged after delay of nine days without any plausible

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45298 of 2022(2) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 explanation. Allegation is general and omnibus. None has sustained injury and pursuant to alleged demand of rangdari no money was delivered to the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 335 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
