ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Kartaha P.S. Case No.28/15 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 379/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour and no such unseemly act will recur.

Considering the offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in Kartaha P.S. Case No.28/15 subject to the conditions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37275 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 as laid down under Section 438(2)of Cr.P.C. It is made clear that if at all any untoward act happens, then the court below will be at liberty to pass any appropriate order.
