The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The N.G.O. had made complaint that the petitioner was demanding Rs.1500/- on behalf of the local Mukhiya for grant of incentive for construction of Sauchalay.
Submission of the petitioner is that he is not a man of Mukhiya and he has been falsely implicated on suspicion. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date
