====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defects within four weeks.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the daughter of the informant was said to have been tortured by her in-laws on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that the in-laws killed the daughter of the informant by giving her poison.

He further submits that the husband of the deceased has already surrendered before the Court below on 08.12.2022. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Shahnawaz/- U T
