2. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in earlier bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025, father's name of petitioner has inadvertently been typed as Mitha Prasad and due to said reason, said mistake has occurred in order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025. He further submits that local people used to call the name of petitioner's father as Mitha Prasad but in Aadhar Card, father's name of

No.47754 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/3 petitioner has been mentioned as Kapildev Prasad and hence, he prays that father's name of petitioner be corrected to be read as Late Mitha Prasad @ Late Kapildev Prasad and period of surrender may kindly be extended for further six weeks to enable the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bonds in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Motihari, East Champaran. Learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks permission to make necessary correction in respect of father's name of petitioner in earlier bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025 during course of the day.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

5. Learned A.P.P. does not controvert aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let in order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025, in place of Mitha Prasad, father's name of petitioner be read as Late Mitha Prasad @ Late Kapildev Prasad and period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 is extended for further period of six weeks from today.

7. Accordingly, order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32556 of 2025 stands modified to the extent, stated above.

8. With the aforesaid observation, present modification petition stands disposed of.
