The petitioner seeks bail in P.R. No. 06 of 2019 and Misc. Excise No. 360 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 36 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the husk house of the petitioner as mentioned in the seizure list.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
