The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maker P. S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 10 lakhs from him to provide job to his brother but thereafter the petitioner fled away and he did not return the money. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not receive any money from the informant. There is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner received any money from the informant to provide job to his brother. Considering the facts aforesaid, nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the informant did not

No.12749 of 2017 (3) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 produce any chit of paper to show that the petitioner received any money from the informant to provide job to his brother, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Maker P. S. Case No. 145 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
