Mr. A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 27-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, complainant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2205 of 2021(4) dt.27-01-2022 2/3 It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons persuaded the informant and others to provide jobs and took money from the informant and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner received any money from the informant and any other witnesses. The petitioner has no concern with the appointment under Bal Suraksha Yojana. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44665 of 2019.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
