JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the complainant stating that in the order dated 23.8.2018 Rs.2,25,000/- has inadvertently been mentioned in place of Rs.2,90,000/- and Rs.2,40,000/- has also inadvertently been mentioned in place of 2,65,000/-. In such view of the matter, the order dated 23.8.2018 stands modified to the extent that amounts of Rs.2,90,000/- and Rs.2,65,000/- should correctly be read in place of Rs.2,25,000/- and Rs.2,40,000/- respectively.
