Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Narpatganj PS case no. 118 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to consider and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
