This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that of kidnapping to Asmeeta Kumari, aged about 15 years. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, vide Annexure 3, did not alleged anything against any one rather she stated that she had voluntarily left her house due to some quarrel. Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of

No.8252 of 2017 (2) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahuawa Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxau at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
