The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 707 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 498(A) (B) (C) and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. His name has been roped in this case only on account of his involvement in another case being Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 708 of 2016. In that case he has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date
