The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No.90 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 342, 323, 307, 379, 387 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim after demanding ransom.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2024. He is accused in thirteen more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused in thirteen more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
