The petitioner has filed a modification application for modification of the part of the order dated 29.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42645/2014 by which the petitioner was enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar within a period of four weeks in connection with Balrampur P. S. Case No. 84/2014 but the petitioner has not submitted the bail bond with two sureties within specified period.

Under such circumstance, that the part of the order is modified to the extent that the period for submitting bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39651 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- and two sureties of like amount each is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 29.04.2015 is modified to that extent specified with no other modification. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Sudha/- U T
