The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P. S. Case No. 258 of 2016 instituted under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that these three petitioners abused and assaulted the informant with Farsa, Garasa and Kulhari causing grievous injuries to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant is a politician and he had promised to do some work of the petitioners, but he could not do so instead has falsely
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15239 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 implicated them in this case.
Learned A.P.P. submits that impugned order itself shows that there is specific allegation of assault against these petitioners and grievous injuries are found on the person of the informant.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U
