The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioners along with their daughter are alleged to have poisoned their son-in-law to death and his dead body was made to disappear. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, who along with the wife of deceased have been made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43169 of 2019(5) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 accused. It is further submitted that allegations are beyond imagination as admittedly there was no dispute between the petitioners or their daughter and the deceased. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts that petitioners are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased, who was husband of their daughter and the petitioners are in custody since 25.02.2019, this court is inclined to enlarge them on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IVth, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018.
