2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 316(2), 318(2), 338, 340(2), 319(2), 61(2) and 336(3) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that at the time of counseling, it was discovered that the petitioner has used forged documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Umesh Mandal has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 50282 of 2025. He has also

It has also been submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing from that of Umesh Mandal. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is a lady and she is languishing in judicial custody since 20.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
