In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner had moved before this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.14095 of 2020 and this Court vide order dated 08.06.2020 rejected the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

Allegation has been made that all the accused persons have assaulted the informant and his family members mercilessly.

He further submits that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner, inasmuch as, he is in jail since 19.12.2019. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., IV, Madhepura, in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No.63 of 2019, subject to the condition that if the petitioner is found involved, in future, in similar type of case, the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of bail.
