The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Revelganj P.S. Case No. 75/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that when the informant was returning from Tekniwas Market he saw that his she buffalo was grazing wheat crop in the field. The informant went to drive the buffalo then he saw the petitioner and other accused persons had put his father on the ground and were assaulting him with knife and sharp edged weapons causing injury on different parts of his body. It is further alleged that when he went near his father, he found that his father has sustained serious
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33808 of 2018 (3) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 injury on his neck and other parts of body by sharp edged weapon resulting into his death.
Case diary has been received in this case wherein post-mortem report of the deceased is available. The doctor has found total six injuries caused by sharp edged weapon. Petitioner has been named as one of the accused who has caused injury to the father of informant by sharp edged weapon.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named as one of the accused who has caused injury to the father of informant by sharp edged weapon, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
