The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. In above view of the matter, since the case has been registered under Sections 302 and 304(B) of the Indian Penal

No.22830 of 2014 (9) dt.16-09-2015 2 / 2 Code and bail of the petitioner has been rejected on earlier occasion vide Annexure 1, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner since all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the proceeding expeditiously.
