JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The FIR of recovery of liquor was lodged in the year 2015.

Submission of the petitioners is that only suspicion is there against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with
