In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.301 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are case and counter case between the parties. In the present case, allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have assaulted the son of the informant. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20000 of 2017 (5) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 for bail is rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for bail, the court below will pass the order in accordance with law on the same day taking into consideration the relationship between the parties and without being influenced by the order of this Court.
