Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.case No.178/2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 493, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner as per the complaint petition is that earlier she was married with another person having four children also, thereafter she came in contact with the petitioner and under allurement, she started living with the petitioner leaving her husband and her children but after some time he ousted her from the house on the ground that she is not his wife at the instance of his family members. No.46943 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 that he has annexed copy of the ADHAR Card to show that at that time he was only aged about 17 years whereas even according to the complaint petition, she is a married lady having four children from her previous marriage. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S.Case no.178 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
