No. 587 of 2012 whereby and whereunder the appellants after having been convicted under Section 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code have been extended the benefit of Section 3 of the Probation of Offenders Act.

Learned counsel for the appellants, at the very outset, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal.
