2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted Rs. 13,000/- and one helmet from the informant.
4. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused and he is in jail since 2.9.2023. The petitioner is accused in 20 more cases. Almost all the cases are under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
7. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur will see to it that the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner are expedited. He will also direct the SHOs of concerned police stations to produce the witnesses on the dates fixed in the Trial in which the petitioner is an accused.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
