The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 188, 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 52 of the Prisoners Act and under Section 59(1)(vii) of the Jail Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10878 of 2021(4) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this order. The Court below shall also consider the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted bail from the Court below itself.
