2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 19.07.2024, the informant's son Sonu Kumar was surrounded by the accused persons near the house of Hirdayanand Chauhan pursuant to a conspiracy. The son of informant called his father (informant's husband), who in turn came there for his rescue, but co-accused Priya Kumari, Sanjana Kumari and Suganti Devi (petitioner) by wrapping dupatta around the neck of informant's husband's started pulling him and co-accused Anita Devi assaulted him on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44369 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 his head, causing serious injuries. Thereafter, the husband of informant was taken to hospital, where he was declared dead.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of overt act is against coaccused Anita Devi, who has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Present case is counter blast to the earlier case filed from the petitioner's side against informant's son. He further submits that co-accused Priya Kumar, having similar & identical allegation, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 26661 of 2026. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha
