This application has been filed for quashing the order taking cognizance dated 08.07.2015 by which learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara has taken cognizance against the petitioner in Ara (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 05/2014 registered under sections 419/420/466/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
