Mr. Subash Chandra Yadav (GP15) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by his transfer as Incharge Assistant Settlement Officer from Khagaria to Bettiah vide order dated 14.06.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is to superannuate within seven months and, therefore, if at all he was required to be transferred, he ought to have been transferred to his home district or to any place of his choice in accordance with the government Circular issued in that regard.

The representation preferred by the petitioner before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has not yet been

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to press the representation which he has filed before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) for posting him at a place of his choice or in his home district because he is to superannuate within a short span of time, i.e., less than one year.

Should the petitioner prefer a reminder letter within a period of one week to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2), the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed off within a further period of two weeks thereafter.

The petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty and observation as aforesaid.
