Mr.Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P.no.2 vide order dated 21.4.2018 passed in ABP No.519 of 2018.

Grounds for cancellation of bail is that O.P.no.2 was allowed bail on condition of payment of Rs.2,000/- per month but he is not paying the same and also threatening the petitioner. On the other hand the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2 has submitted that allegation of threatening is false and no police report or any inquiry report is available on the record. On the other hand he is paying the amount in the Nazarat but not regularly and trying to pay the amount and whatever dues are

In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, if O.P.no.2 fails to comply the above observation, the learned court below will cancel the bail bond of O.P.no.2 Accordingly, this application is disposed of with above observation.
