The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S.Case no.102 of 2005 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of Annexure 2 it transpired that the police after investigation submitted final form but the learned magistrate differing with the same took cognizance against the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20178 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubJudge- XVth-cum- A.C.J.M.
