Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the court below but they could not surrender within the time specified, as such they have filed the present application for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and make prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50386 of 2018 (2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court below in view of fact that earlier they were granted anticipatory bail, and disposed of on the same day, if possible.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
