The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of cruelty due to non fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have

Petitioner No. 1 is mother-in law and petitioner No. 2 is Devar of the complainant. It is further submitted that main responsibility to take care of his wife and to keep with honor and dignity is upon the husband of the complainant, not these petitioners. The petitioners have no concern with the mess and business of the complainant and her husband. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case no. - 712 of 2019,
