2. This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. of Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 7, 8 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points at an appropriate stage.
