2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 454, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 7.2.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia /concerned Court below in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 32 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bhawanipur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
