JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of killing daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of additional dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate from mess and property of the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two
