The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled are general and omnibus. Petitioners are only alleged to be the members of the mob. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24646 of 2017 (4) dt.21-07-2017 48918 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Dwivedi, Judicial Magistate, 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
