2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 1046 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 394, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 08.02.2023. He further submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

4. As per prosecution case, accused persons looted a jewellery shop.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing one year in judicial custody on
