2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, unknown persons had looted the victim. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got five criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 11.04.2022.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46217 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022. The petitioner will visit Madhusudpur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
