2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 162 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The recovery is of 7.5 gram of Heroine which is an intermediate quantity. The petitioner is in jail since 21.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52500 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sesions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 162 of 2024.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Arwal Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
