The petitioner seeks bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380, 411/34 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made Katta and Mobile Phone have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018 having clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted against him. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.

Case No. 260 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
